Timothy M. Weir

Timothy M. Weir graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He earned his law degree at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in Sacramento. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including trust and probate litigation, subrogation, and business litigation. He is a member of the California State Bar Section of Probate, Trust and Estate Planning, and the Sacramento County Bar Association's Section of Probate, Trust and Estate Planning.
