Daniel I. Spector
Daniel Spector graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with highest honors from the University of California at Davis. Dan graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the Santa Clara University School of Law. He served as Board Chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento from 2000-2002 and served on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento from 1994 to 2002. Dan is a member of the California State Bar Section of Probate, Trust and Estate Planning, the Sacramento County Bar Association's Section of Probate, Trust and Estate Planning, and serves as Judge Pro-Tem in the Sacramento Superior Court. Dan has lectured at U.C. Davis and before the CCLSA on the topics of civil litigation and trust and probate litigation. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including trust and probate litigation, business litigation and educational litigation. |
